These contain, if necessary, information on the order of the webs to be bonded, the crashed gluing or the direction of the wallpaper web. If nothing is stated, determine the order in which you apply the wallpaper according to your spatial conditions. Apply the adhesive with a short-pile roll approx. 10 cm beyond the width of the web evenly and not too thickly on the wall. Insert the webs vertically into the adhesive bed and press them evenly with a clean sponge roll. Subsequent webs are papered unless otherwise specified. General instructions for use: Cut off any excess material with a sharp knife along the wallpapering spatula or with the wallpapering scissors. Press the wallpaper carefully with the wallpapering spatula in the correct position. It is recommended to wrap the spatula with a clean cloth so as not to damage the surface. On outer corners, use wallpaper corner rails (eg made of PVC by Protektor and Döllken and by Küberit made of metal). The PVC corner rails can be painted in the basic tone of the wallpaper. Spilled adhesive causes stains on the surface and should therefore be avoided. If necessary, insert a smooth conical seam roller in the seam area. Only work with light pressure. Avoid both strong heating and drafts during the drying phase. Ideal conditions for wallpapering prevail at 16 to 25 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 30 to 60%. Temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius can lead to adhesive defects. When putting on and pressing on, wear gloves to prevent stains from getting on the surface and replace the gloves immediately if dirty.
