Lovers’ Toile (Oxburgh Hall) c.1950
This contemporary take on a classic pattern is a reinterpretation of a post-WWII French "Toile-de-Jouy" design. Featuring vignettes of people engaged in a variety of activities such as fishing, dancing and gardening, this monochromatic design has been printed in five modern colourways. Matching the color drenching, two of the color schemes offer the same color in different nuances.
